Two lenses included along with changing instructions. Hard case with ventilation included along with a interior detachable rigid envelope for the extra lens. The have good ventilation and photochromic lenses that are excellent in all types of light.The blue/green lens has a couple small scratches on it (see photo), but it doesn't deter visibility.
