This eBay listing is for a vintage Steem Electric Pacemaker iron that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. Age is unknown but based on the Art Deco style - I'm guessing 1940's era and the black plastic actually early bakelite. The overall condition is good to fair since there is a bad chip on the back of the handle. I didn't even see it until I cleaned this up some since the entire piece is missing and it's even on the back. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE - THERE IS NO CORD INCLUDED!! I looked through my spare cords and I didn't have any that fit this iron. This means that I'm unable to test this out and have no clue if it's in working order or not. It originally would have had an old school cloth wrapped power cord.
