The keys 4,r, f and c are quite stiff and need assistance to return to the resting position. Others don't fully return as well. All keys do properly print though. I expect a cleaning and oiling will solve these issues. The Glossy Black finish is very nice with only very minor scratches as shown in all pictures. The case is in good condition but with NO key.
