DIVOOM Times Frame – 10.1" WiFi Digital Picture Frame Display
The USB-C cable is included(but not a power USB Power Adapter). The manual is also included. The DiVoom app is free, you'll just want to create an account. It's pretty easy. I did test it and temporarily connected it to my smartphone via WiFi.
