The set comes disassembled a smoke free item no manual or original box or mini figures. I use the app website to disassemble and place back into bagged order condition. It’s a unbranded product a great alternative to more expensive items for individuals building cities. May be missing pieces if I see anything obvious that impacts the structural ability to rebuild I’ll replace if I have a compatible product but it appears to be complete other than mini figures and possibly small accessories. No returns purchase is as is disassembled
