A set consists of a right & a left arm pad. They're only compatible with multi-directional fully adjustable arms on the Knoll Life standard task chair and stool chair. Not compatible with arms. If the arm pads on your Life chair are multi-directional (adjust up and down, left and right, forward and backward), then these arms will work for your chair.
