Microcomputer Accessories Inc. Large Monitor Arm Tray, missing the springs in the arms. This has been used in an industrial facility to hold a large Trinitron TV monitor. I don't know how they had it doing that without the springs: maybe it was just bolted tightly. In any case, be forewarned: there are no springs in the arms, just the plastic covers.
