Although the Helix Rack can be controlled by virtually any MIDI-capable device available, the using Line 6's own Helix Control offers the same innovative capabilities found on the standard floor based Helix guitar processor, meaning that you don't have to stop playing to make a tweak to your Helix Rack setup. With the Pedal Edit Mode found on the Helix Control, you can edit any parameter you like using your foot – simply select the block that you want to control and its parameters cascade across the Helix Control's footswitches. Select a parameter, and tweak the value using one of three optional expression pedals(sold separately).Combining the Helix Control with the Helix Rack gives you an incredibly fast tone creation setup, but that's only part of the story here.
