For sale - As is - interior clean, ribbon included, all parts including the keys and type bars, carriage, levers are working EXCEPT there is small ribbon clip on left side that is broken off, may possibly be repaired with superglue. I CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THIS COUKD BE FIXED, SALE IS AS- IS. See last picture. Except for that ribbon clip, appears to be in excellent condition. There is no sign of dust or dander in the typewriter.

At the absolute bare minimum you will need a new ribbon. As I tested it, occasionally the arms of the letters would get stuck but that could just be user error on my end. It does seem to mostly function as it should though.

Optima P1 ultra portable typewriter. Its serial number, 256980, dates it to 1959. The typewriter works nearly perfectly. Nice ding at the end of each line. No sticking typebars. The ribbon vibrator hangs up 1/16" too high so you may want to adjust that but it truly isn't necessary.

BEAUTIFUL Smith-Corona SILENT SUPER Portable Typewriter Sea-Foam Green. It is in good shape and well kept. It will need to be cleaned up . Not cosmetically but from a functional standpoint. Everything works fine and the case is in good shape commensurate with age. I am guessing this is a 50's or 60's model. I could not find the serial number. Nice sea-foam green. For sale is a super cool vintage 1950s Royal quiet de luxe portable manual typewriter in teal blue green. Overall not bad shape with scuffs and scratches, and inscription on the side as shown. Key action seems good and ribbon is okay but the carriage only has a very small range of motion, will need adjustment, tune-up, or repair. With a little work though, it could be great to bang out that manuscript you've been putting off since before covid. Or put it in your type setting office display case. Even nice enough for a museum I think. Shipping will be $40 to anywhere in the 48 states or free pickup in 61874. Make me an offer!

Very few blemishes. It does have a slight wear on the left top ribbon cover where the carriage handle has been moved over the top. The original platen, paper feed, feet, back space, margin release, tab are in good condition and the ribbon feed, new ribbon.
