VioSoftware will accept returns of unopened software as long as the product is returned within 20 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product must include the product key codes. You will be charged for a 3.8% processing fee and a shipping and handling fee. For Licensing returns, you will be charged a 15% processing fee.
