If you are displeased with anything about your shipment PLEASE CONTACT KaTom immediately. Some items that are special ordered or shipped direct from the manufacturer may not be returned. No returns after 15 days from shipping date. In addition, a return authorization and a copy of the invoice must be included with all returned merchandise. All merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% plus costs for shipping and return.
