Oversized Delivery is used for items that are big and bulky or weigh over 150 pounds. These items are shipped by common carrier and for most items you can select threshold, or premium service. For threshold service the driver will place your purchases at the door threshold or in your garage. For premium white glove service, the item is unloaded by professionals and carried for you to any room up to two flights, up-higher if you have a service elevator. Premium White Glove service may be required to make sure an item that needs extra protection arrives safely. Assembly is not included. A person 18 years or older must be available to meet the delivery and sign for the product(s). Our threshold delivery service is available for business and residential. |
