| Returns are accepted for 15 days from the date the merchandise is delivered to you. All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all included accessories, manuals, documentation and blank warranty cards. Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items: Printers once ink cartridges are installed. TVs, combos, and monitors 25" and larger. Blister-packed items once opened. Original manufacturer computers, computer products, software once opened. Special Order merchandise. All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, bulbs, CD/DVDs, etc. All returns must be accompanied by RMA #.
