All product returns require an RMA number. You may call us to request an RMA Number. After receiving the number, package your product back up with all accessories in its original carton and send it back to us. Please remember to write the RMA number on the outside of the package. All returns must be sent fully insured and with a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for damaged or lost products. Credits may be issued for the original purchase price, and exclude shipping costs.
