Items that are ordered in error will receive a store credit. Upon receipt of items, an email verifying receipt and the total amount of store credit will be sent. All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt, in original packaging & in the condition it was received. Damaged, defective or our incorrect items can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Special Order Items such as furniture or equipment can't be returned.
