All products must be returned in Sellable condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. To return unopened sealed merchandise within 30 days simply fill out the RMA Form. To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA#
