Return Authorization must be requested no later than 7 days of receipt of watch by customer. 3. Return Auth. good for 14 days after being issued (Postmark verification). 4. 15% restocking fee assessed on returns. No restock fee for exchanges. 5. Return shipping is paid by customer. 6. Warrantees provided by manufacturers.
