Return Policy
A full refund, exchange or store credit within can be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will give you an RMA#. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Hand painted, personalized and custom designed furnishings require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications. You may cancel a custom order within 2 business days of your original order date.
