Return Policy
The Baby Office will accept returns on most items in their original condition and packaging for any reason within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price but we will not refund original shipping charges. If the shipping was included with the purchase price, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. A 15% re-stocking fee may also be assessed on some items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
