Return Policy

RMA number is required and will expire after 14 days. We recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning.
All products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, 100% complete, in re-saleable condition. No returns on any type of CPUs or memory modules.
If the customer does not wish to have the non-defective returned product shipped back, the 15% restocking fee will be charged.
