ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA). ANY RETURN RECEIVED WITHOUT AN RA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. In order to return an item please be sure you have all packaging and item materials. In the event that all items are not included in your return a credit will not be able to be issued. All returns must occur within 30 days from the date of shipment. Additionally all return items will still incur the original and return shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.
