Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on your packing slip. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it. Merchandise returns can also be made at the Customer Service desk of any local Bloomingdale's store.
