The first impression of this tv was very positive. It was in nice packaging, and is a beautiful design. A black glossy outline, with a grey accent, looks great in any house.

I purchased this TV in December of 2010. So far it has held up to the Sony reputation. The picture is awesome and it's easy to use. I purchased the 3D glasses and the images come right out at you! I had to call tech support once and they actually spoke perfect English...
