Pros Easy to use, high-quality machine, delicious coffee, excellent froth, great service.
Cons As of this writing, no good option for using your own coffee.
Recommended it? Yes

After seeing this unit at a friend's house, and tasting the coffee, we decided to go ahead and get one for ourselves. We had been doing the daily coffee in a drip machine, and decided that quality was better than quantity.
