Pros Great underwater footage, small and convenient, surprisingly nice stills
Cons Bad in low light, small zoom, painfully slow shutter lag, slightly unintuitive buttons...

Pros Fast startup. Great video, great compression.
Cons May not be as waterproof as I need. LCD display is more than I need.
Recommended it? No

I'm pleased with the video quality, it looks great at the highest quality setting. I use the camera (mounted on a kayak front deck) to record surf sessions, and there are 2 features that I'd really like to see added for this mode of operation.
