Pros Worked well and dependably. Price. Quiet. Capacity
Cons Hard Drive Life. A hard drive should last more than a year and a half.

I bought this hard drive in April of '04 for $113.75 after shipping and handling. That was a good price for the time. It failed in September of 2005. The symptoms of the failure was more and more frequent corrupted files and troubles booting to Windows 98 se. Eventually scandisk was the only thing... Read full review »

Purchased for my old laptop, which had a 3.2GB drive. Drive comes equipped with a 5400RPM motor, Fluid bearings (extremely quiet), and a whopping 16MB cache!! Even on my ATA-66 system, this monster drive outperforms my ATA-100 desktop!!! A best buy in my book! Read full review »
