Pros Easy set-up, works well and everything looks clear on screen.
Cons Horrific Customer Service & staff.

I ordered my 2702 system on the 19th of April 2012 and received it within 10 days.  Everything was included in the box with one exception.  The "Under-The-Counter mount for the monitor was not in the box.  I set the system up anyway and decided to alert them of this missing part and... Pros Quick, convenient installation and functionality. Relatively inexpensive.
Cons The same as with any wireless device, signal obstruction has to be considered.
Recommended it? Yes

Purchased from Costco for $300 which makes this a very good value. Setup is quick with the most siginificant consideration being how to get electricity to the camera locations.
