Leapfrog Twinkle Twinkle Little Scout is an adorable toy for a baby.  Although I would not call it a sleep aid, my 7 month old enjoys listening to the music and watching the moon glow along to the sounds.  My husband bought it for about $18 at Target when our little one had problems...
