Cons: Poor picture and no capability to use universal remote controls

DOA, Viewsonic sent a refurbished as replacement

Pros: cheap
Cons: Do you like to buy a new TV and get a refurbished replacement from Viewsonic?
The Bottom Line: If you don't mind paying new and get a refurbished, go ahead buy it!
