Pros: Easy to store files, backup files.
Cons: Hard to recover and transfer.

Review: Easy to Back-Up, but very hard to use if you need to recover.  The unit does not 'update' previously saved files but completely backs up every time you wish that function.  So you end up with multiple backups and you must be very careful when you...

Toshiba 1TB USB eSata drive unreliable

Pros: eSata or USB, easy install
Cons: Unreliable
The Bottom Line: I do not advise buying this drive due to reliability issues. I saw others online also had problems. Who needs problems with a whole terebyte of data?

Review: I bought the Toshiba 1TB drive because I've had good luck with other Toshiba components, and most reviews seemed positive for the drive. I have 8 other external USB drives and have had no problem, so I figured this would work well, too.
