when it works it is a workhorse with the ability to run multiple programs with ease. there has been an ongoing problem with overheating and shutting down, which has been the result of a class action suit. Ditto everything richb55 says. Mine had multiple motherboards under 12 mos. Rare local repair shop no good, had to send in. Complete pain to ship. Toshiba and Best Buy were no help. Now the overheating shutdown has started. This seems to be a well documented headache. I will never buy another...
