Pros: - 1080p playback with HDMI.
- records onto DVD-RWs
Cons: - 1080p/HDMI only for playback
- Does not read non-region encoded discs
- No true 16:9 recording
The Bottom Line: I'm definitely regretting the purchase and counting down the days when it's time for a new player and recorder.

A decent player/recorder with one excellent capability

Cons: Odd noises
