Nice upgrade if you already have a lifetime subscription

Pros: HD DVR, dual tuner, OTA recording, THX, TIVO programing, picture quality
Cons: Cable company unfamiliarity, setup, price, digital tiling issues
The Bottom Line: Excellent device if the world was perfect. Ignorant cable company repairmen, substandard digital signals can make the device useless
