Pros: toast & broiler feature, crumb tray, easy to clean, comes with pans
Cons: rack can unexpectedly tip when removing it from oven

I LOVE this toaster !

Pros: will go to 500 degrees (most units do not)
Cons: top warming area takes up room and doesn't work well for me.
