Remember all the cool stuff they said we'd have when we grew up?

Pros: Adequate power for most cooking, quiet in operation, cooks without heating up the kitchen.
Cons: The 20 power settings are actually 10 cooking and 10 keep-warm settings.
The Bottom Line: A great way to discover induction cooking and an affordable alternative to an expensive kitchen makeover.
