Good Vibrations

Pros: Washes extremely well, compact, no vent required, mechanically reliable
Cons: Vibration and touchy balancing on old floors
The Bottom Line: Excellent machine that both washes and dries and can be hooked up to a sink. Perfect for renters and condo dwellers.

easy to use while it's working

Pros: Super convenient, easy to use, gentle on clothes
Cons: Vibrations; not good for a big family or laundry-day people. DREADFUL customer service.
The Bottom Line: If you can rethink the way you do laundry for 1-4 people, this is a great buy. However, it will break on you. Buyer beware.
