Pros: Good picture quality, decent sound.
Cons: Poor lamp design, questionable build quality.
The Bottom Line: A potentially good television with an achillies heel. Caveat Emptor.

Pros: Clear picture, hidden controls, decent price.
Cons: Progressive scan issues, doesn't always hold settings, steady sound doesn't work well.
The Bottom Line: A good choice for our family, despite a couple of minor faults.
