Corners are so vignetted and soft I sent it back!

Pros: Bright, contrasty images, and of course the f/2.8 max aperture. Good macro.
Cons: Corners visibly soft, some vignetting, and terrible pincushion distortion.
The Bottom Line: Try alternatives. Don't give up on Sigma's other lenses--some are terrific. But leave this one alone. (This is the latest HSM Macro version.)
