Jet Engine Loud Piece of Styrofoam

Pros: accordian side pieces slide-in design, compact size, relatively inexpensive, clean styling

Cons: unbelievably loud, cheap styrofoam construction, poor water handling, flimsy air louvers

The Bottom Line: There are far better Air Conditioners out there. Sharp bungled this one. Stay away!

Fantastic COOLING but VERY Loud

Pros: Cools beautifully even when the outside air is cold.

Cons: Too noisy, too much light through the vent and limited aiming of the air vent.

The Bottom Line: If coolness and features is what you seek this is a great choice.

Review: My old Air Conditioner died on me in late August and the pickings on new A.C.'s were slim. We mostly live in a tiny 12'x17' room but there is a kitchen with a full sized oven so we needed to exceed the recommended BTUs.
