Cons: Absolutely terrible!
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: My machine failed after only 3 months. I have received three refurbished machines to replace it and none of them have worked. I will never buy another Sharp product.

Pros: Prints, copies, scans, and faxes very nicely.
Cons: Unreliable. Subject to breakdown.

Review: We bought this copier to replace a Canon copier, Canon fax, and HP printer and fax in our office. The idea of one machine that could perform multiple functions was great.
