Pros: Fantastic media package.
Large contact "book" with detailed info.
Large storage space in phone.
Cons: Pen dangling from side of phone.
Message time settings hard to figure out. 
The Bottom Line: I beleve this phone is best for professionals or work at home people on the go.  It has many features that support this kind of person.

i hate this product

This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: the windows cannot be upgraded.  it keeps on getting error message.  and it uses the storage function in a very complicated way... you'll keep on loosing your memory space.  i called verizon tech and they don't even know how to operate the phone...
