Affordable seat with high harness heights

Pros: Affordable.  Very well padded.  High notches for straps.  Pretty for a girl.
Cons: Difficult to install.  Difficult to tighten.  Bad head rest.
The Bottom Line: Good choice if you need an affordable seat with high notches.  If you have a little more money to spend keep looking.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: This is a convertible carseat meaning it can be rear facing or forward facing.  It has a rear facing weight limit of 35 pounds and a forward facing limit of 40 pounds.  It also has harness heights of about 16 inches which is tall for this price...
