A good idea that failed in execution.

Pros: Uses house wiring to transmit the music The sound is good
Cons: Uses house wiring to transmit the music Could not receive stereo in external rooms
The Bottom Line: Wireless speakers are a tricky business, but I would stay away from the RCA RC970 Powerline Speakers.

amazingly easy way to get music around the apartment

Pros: Ease of installation Low cost Ease of use Sound quality
Cons: Interference when lights are on same circuit
The Bottom Line: Excellent transmitted sound quality will beat any 900MHz solution out there. Ease of installation is unbeatable. Cost is excellent. No configuration of computer or software.
