Cons: very minor quibble: not so easy to change weight.
The Bottom Line: This is the perfect heart rate monitor if you work out on cardio equipment at the gym. Look no further.

Can't ride without it

Pros: Instant positive results when used properly.
Cons: None that I can think of.
The Bottom Line: Everyone who is serious about getting into shape and having effective workouts should get one. This unit is easy to use and can be customized to fit ones individual needs.
