The Bottom Line: A very good purchase for the price. Aside from a few minor annoyances, this is a very pleasant phone, especially if you?re on the phone a lot.

Pros: Unique firefly headset light, strong battery life; excellent range.
Cons: Thin headset wire will give out after long-term use, will need new headset.
The Bottom Line: Plantronics CT12 is a durable high quality portable wired headset phone that will give you years of service. The unique firefly headset is a must have!
