The CDJ-800 includes legendary Pioneer functions such as Master Tempo and Cue/Loop Memory. Master Tempo locks the pitch of a track even when its speed is changed, allowing DJs to speed up or slow down the beat, without any difference to the vocals and instruments. Cue/Loop Memory allows a DJ to set a cue or loop point and then save it to the deck's internal memory. Great new functions on the mk2

Pros: MP3 playback, wide tempo range, auto loop functions.

Cons: They aren't free.

The Bottom Line: All the functionality of the original CDJ 1000's, with some great additional features, for considerably less money.

Pros: Good for scratching, master tempo, pioneer's signiture jog wheel

Cons: Doesnt have hot cue buttons like the CDJ 1000 mk2's
