Speaker fails after one month - have tried three phones!

Pros: Good range/reception. Used in around heavy machinery, concrete walls, distance of 75' radius from base.

Cons: Speaker/ringer fails eventually. Have wasted ALOT of work time exchanging the units (three, so far).

The Bottom Line: I am not willing to try this model again, after three units have had the speaker fail. If you try it, I would buy the extended warranty.

5.8 gHz Well Featured 2-line Cordless/Answerer

Pros: Functional, good form factor, good voice quality, decent usability.

Cons: 5 hour talk time - see note, some usability issues

The Bottom Line: Some minor usability issues, and a relatively short "talk time" battery life are the main detractors. Otherwise it "is all good".

Great 2 line cordless phone

Pros: Comfortable, easy to use, great range and battery life. Excellent speaker phone.

Cons: No phone book on the base station, handset is a little small for no-hands.

The Bottom Line: Excellent phone, does everything I want. Great range and battery life, excellent speaker phone quality. Easy to use and set up. Highly recommended
