Pros Gives you what you need in a multivitamin
Cons Expensive, Small supply, Smell/Taste bad, odd colored urine.
Recommended it? No

If you work out regularly, and are into sports nutrition, you know its important to be using multi-vitamins to make sure you get all of the nutrients you need during the day, especially if you are on a restricted calorie diet.
