A good, cheap binocular. The Olympus RC I Outback (8x21) Binocular

Pros: Inexpensive, small, easy to use
Cons: Not waterproof, "plasticky" feel to them.
The Bottom Line: A good choice for a knock around binocular. Inexpensive and adequate for casual use.
