A very dependable feature-rich phone.

Pros: Feature rich, excellent sound quality, very flexible design, sturdy construction.

Cons: No mute for handset use. Can't set the default handset volume.

The Bottom Line: I recommend this phone without hesitation. It's sturdy, feature-rich and bound to please most any discriminating buyer. It's not perfect but what phone is?

Review: We previously had model M5316 which had been here at least a decade or two. These were a great upgrade for the price. Six lines, message features, directory/ log, large screen with customizations, etc. I found it very easy to get used to.
